These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the website www.ismarashop.it.

Products

All products are handmade. Any differences in color or finish compared to the images are to be considered characteristics of the sartorial craftsmanship.

Prices

Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Sartoria Ismara reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

• PayPal

• bank transfer

• Apple Pay

Shipping

Orders are processed within 7 working days.
Shipping to EU countries is free and carried out via BRT courier.
For non-EU shipments, please contact info@ismara.it.

Collection at our premises is possible by appointment:
Via Buozzi, 22 – 20090 Buccinasco (MI)

Delivery

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package.
In case of anomalies, it is necessary to sign with reservation of inspection.
No complaints will be accepted without reservation.

Right of withdrawal

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the order date, without obligation to state a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send an email to info@ismara.it indicating:

• subject of the request (REFUND or ITEM EXCHANGE)

• first and last name

• address

• order number

• phone number

The product must be returned at the customer's expense to the following address:
Sartoria Ismara – Via Buozzi, 22 – 20090 Buccinasco (MI)

Return conditions

• Shipping costs are not refundable

• The customer is responsible for any damage or decrease in value

• Returns of used products are not accepted

• Products on sale or promotion cannot be returned

• All transport risks are borne by the customer
