Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative

Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, without any

penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of

ordering the purchased goods.Within the indicated terms, send an email to: info@ismara.it indicating:

subject of the request (REFUND - ITEM EXCHANGE), full name, address, order number, telephone number.

Once this communication has been sent, the Customer must ship, at their own expense

and with a courier of their choice, the product they intend to return, including a printout

of the same in the shipment to the following address:

Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.

The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not compensable, for the decrease

in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to

establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. For personal use products, for

hygienic and health reasons, it is not possible to return used products.

All risks related to the transport of the returned product are borne by the Customer.

Goods subject to sales or promotions cannot be returned.

Information regarding online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 Par. 1 of the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution Regulation)

The European Commission grants consumers the possibility of resolving disputes online,

pursuant to Art. 14 Par. 1 of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) on one of its platforms.

The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a place where consumers

can try to reach out-of-court agreements on disputes arising from online purchases and service contracts.
